I was going to buy the vest only, and use that under a normal coat. Also this review neglects to mention it can also be used with an 18v battery .
I ride a motorcycle, and I know people with heated jackets for that purpose. Most of them have to plug the jacket into the accessory plug on the bike. That's all fine .
